About
Our School
The All Souls Mill Pond Preschool exists to serve the
community by providing a quality child care program
in a safe and nurturing setting where care and education
are indistinguishable. The curriculum, programs, activities
and policies are designed to guide and nourish children
between the ages of 18 months and five years in their
social, physical, and intellectual development. The
school is an integral part of the educational ministry
of All Souls Episcopal Church, Stony Brook.

Program Facts
The program is licensed by the New York State Department
of Social Services. We maintain a low adult/child ratio
in a year round program conducted in a facility which
is open from 7 AM to 6 PM. The program is staffed by
qualified teachers. Staff members are certified in CPR
& first aid by the American Red Cross.
We offer a variety of sessions to meet families' needs:
half day sessions AM and PM, 3/4 day
(6 hrs.), full day (8 hrs.) and extended time (over
8 hrs.)
The morning session meets from 9 AM to 12 Noon. Nap
is provided for participants in 3/4 day, full day, and
extended day programs. Snacks are provided both AM and
PM.
The program is open to children aged 18 mos. to 5 yrs.
Diapers are provided by the school.
